The residents of Bareilly didn’t see this coming. The people were in a shock when the ATM machine of United Bank of India installed at Subhashnagar started dispensing fake Rs 500 notes with ‘Churan Label’, ‘Children Bank of India’ and ‘Bhartiya Manoranjan Bank’ written over it.

The fake Rs 500 looked like an exact copy of original brown-colour Rs 500 notes which are issued by the Reserve Bank of India.

The three people who came to withdraw money at the ATM got fake notes.
