Another WWE NXT Talent Released

The WWE cuts continue this week, as another NXT talent has been released, according to Pro Wrestling Sheet.

Earlier today we noted WWE NXT star and former SAnitY member Sawyer Fulton revealed on Twitter that he had been released, and now The Sheet is reporting Leo Gao has been released from NXT.

Gao was one of the Chinese athletes recruited by WWE last year when the company held tryouts in China. Gao had suffered a neck injury back in August, which could have been a factor in his WWE NXT release, and although he had recently been cleared to return to the ring, the injury was described as very serious.

Gao joins Sawyer Fulton, Emma, Darren Young and Summer Rae as WWE talents released this week.
