WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle took to Instagram earlier today releasing footage of an old episode of Monday Night Raw, where Angle delivered an Angle-slam to wrestling legend Mae Young. In the post, Angle calls Young one of the toughest human beings he’s ever seen, and recalls the moment being one of his favorite in WWE history.
In my rookie year, I was able to accomplish so much. One of my favorite moments was getting the opportunity to Angleslam an “80 year old” Mae Young. I never met a human being tougher than Mae. She was a badass. #RIPMae #itstrue
