As noted earlier this week, CJ Parker parted ways with WWE after being granted his release. The departure was amicable as he was allowed to work his final matches at WrestleMania Axxess as scheduled.
The NXT star was said to be very frustrated when he came to the realization that after four years in the company, he was never going to make it to the main WWE roster.
Parker is well-liked by many within WWE and was told that he would be welcomed back in the future. He was saying his “goodbyes” in friendly fashion at the post-WrestleMania party on Sunday night.
As far as his future plans, Parker is looking to get a job with New Japan Pro Wrestling and continue his career as a wrestler.
