La Liga duo Atletico Madrid and Barcelona are considering a summer move for AS Monaco attacking midfielder Thomas Lemar, according to L’Équipe.
The French daily reports that Luis Enrique’s side have earmarked Lemar following his performances in the Champions’ League, during which he is said to have showcased the type of versatility that the Catalan club are looking for.
Atleti in the meantime, retain an avid interest in Lemar, having had a €25m offer for the former SM Caen man turned down last summer.

Chelsea and Liverpool are also said to be tracking Lemar closely, but AS Monaco would prefer to sell Bernardo Silva this summer and to hold on to Lemar for another season, according to this morning’s report.
