Tom Brady Selling Brookline Home For $39.5M

BROOKLINE, MA — Tom Brady and wife Giselle Bundchen this week put their Brookline home on the market. If you’re a Brady fan, you might already recognize the inside of his mansion, which measures 9,716 square feet, from the Patriots quarterback’s Facebook documentary “Tom vs Time.” And if you’re a Pats fan, the optics might have you a bit nervous.

Brady recently agreed to what was reported to be a two-year extension with New England. But an odd quirk in the contract voids the deal after this season, essentially making it just a significant raise for this season. This would be the first time Brady, 42, plays in what is really a contract year, meaning he could be a free agent at the end of the season.

Brady and Bundchen’s five-bedroom home, built in 2015, sits on 5 acres right next to Brookline’s ultra exclusive Country Club — the one that hesitated on whether it would allow the GOAT to join. The power couple bought the land from Pine Manor College in 2013 for around $4.5 million, some 15 years after Brady joined the Patriots.

The couple then built a home complete with gym, spa, and guest house with a yoga studio that has barn-like details. This came after they sold their Brentwood estate in California. Patch previously reported the duo have recently been house-hunting in Connecticut and New Jersey.

The Brady family likes homes: They also own a five-bedroom home in New York overlooking the Hudson.
