Ishan and Surya are set to break all stereotypes. They were once ostracised by their families and harassed by the society who did not want to embrace them for who they are really. They were transgenders – the community always looked down upon in the Indian society.

They will now become the first transsexual couple to marry in Kerala, having undergone sex change surgeries some years ago.

Like every ordinary man and woman, Ishan and Surya will be marrying in an auspicious ceremony at an auditorium on May 10, with the blessings and support of family members and friends.
