Little Penelope Disick, or “P” as her family calls her, is 4 years old today. Though she’s the middle child in her family—between big brother Mason Disick, 6, and little brother Reign, 1—Penelope’s not losing out on the limelight with any middle child syndrome business. Instead, the birthday girl was sent birthday wishes on Friday from both mom Kourtney Kardashian and grandma Kris Jenner on Instagram.

In the first of the ah-dorable photos (below), Penelope is seen wearing a precious mermaid outfit. Clearly ready for some major birthday fun, the birthday girl is pictured in a sparkly starfish bikini top and an orange skirt resembling a mermaid tail. In posting about her daughter’s big day, Kardashian wrote: “Happy birthday to my little mermaid! Seeing the magic in the world through your eyes makes me so happy.”

As for Jenner’s post to her granddaughter, she posted a photo (below) of Penelope looking extra stylish. Wearing a striped crop top with chic round sunnies and a mini red handbag, the birthday girl is clearly taking after her fashionable mama and aunties.

In captioning the photo, the proud grandma wrote: “Happy birthday to our little princess, my sweet angel girl Penelope!!!! You bring so much joy to our lives and I love you more than words could ever say!! #sweetgirl #happybirthdaypenelope #myheart.”
