Fans have been eager to find out what exactly WWE has planned for the 25th anniversary show for Monday Night Raw this week. The show is already guaranteed to be a historic one, and the company has been releasing versions of past Raw intros featuring the current members of the show all week long. While the show will not be taking place until tomorrow night, WWE has decided to release the opening video for the 25th anniversary show one day early. The Mixed Match Challenge finally premiered on Facebook Watch this past Tuesday night right after Smackdown went off the air. The first episode saw the team of Finn Balor and Sasha Banks defeat Shinsuke Nakamura and Natalya to earn a spot in the second round of the tournament. It turns out that the mics were live during the match and WWE has now posted a video revealing what was said. It’s interesting to see the communication that took place between the team members and their rivals. The video has been posted below. The Mixed Match Challenge will air once again at the same time this Tuesday night on Facebook Watch after Smackdown ends.
A good portion of WWE’s content can now be found on the WWE Network. However, some of WWE’s best work can still be purchased on DVD. As such, PWInsider has revealed a list of DVDs that will be coming out this year. A best of 2017 pay-per-view matches DVD set, the 30th anniversary of SummerSlam set, a Shield DVD, an unreleased Shawn Michaels set, a documentary for AJ Styles, Shane McMahon’s “Craziest Moments”, and a few of the WWE 24 documentaries are all DVD releases in 2018 with no confirmed release date at the moment. However, the report confirmed that the following titles will be coming out soon:
