A train with passengers travelled for 10 kms without engine after the railway official failed to apply the skid brakes. The dangerous incident took place in Odisha when Ahmedabad-Puri expressand any accident was averted after an official saw it and hurried put stones on the track, but till then the train had travelled 10 kms. The authorities said the passengers were unharmed.

The Ahmedabad-Puri Express was at Titlagarh station, around 380 kilometres from Odisha’s capital, Bhubaneswar, when it started moving at around 10 pm on Saturday.
