Last night on SmackDown Live Renee Young attempted to interview The Miz after his match with Apollo Crews and she obviously found him in a defensive mood. 
Renee asked The Miz about his obsession with Dean Ambrose (Whom he attacked last week on SmackDown) and he then responded by asking about her obsession with the former WWE Champion, because, after all, she was the one sleeping with him. 
Renee was visibly embarrassed that The Miz had been the one to reveal this to the WWE Universe, and she then responded by slapping the taste out of Miz’s mouth. 

Later on Talking Smack Renee apologised for putting her hands on a WWE Superstar, she told SmackDown General Manager Daniel Bryan that she though Miz crossed the line and that in turn she then crossed the line by slapping him. 
Obviously, Daniel saw the funny side of it, and it is currently unknown as to what part of this on-going storyline Renee Young will play, even though it does make things a little more interesting.
