Rennes have joined the race to sign 18-year-old Faitout Maouassa from AS Nancy this summer, according to L’Équipe.

Marseille, Hamburg and Sevilla all concretely positioned themselves this winter for the player, joined by Lille in recent weeks who are seeking to build a young, exciting team for the new campaign under Marcelo Bielsa.
