Strasbourg have completed the signing of Nuno Da Costa on a deal from Valenciennes on a four-year-deal.

The Cape Verde striker signs with the Ligue 1 club following their promotion and will look to be one of their key men in the clubs bid to survive in the French top flight.

Da Costa had been with Valenciennes since 2015 and scored nine goals in 22 Ligue 2 games last season, adding to his 10 goals he got the season prior. His goal record is something he will be hoping to take into Ligue 1 with his new club.
