TNA Wrestling has offered Sting a contract extension. There is no word if he has accepted the deal.

Sting’s current contract expires at the end of 2007. He will be taking a break from the company until January to spend time with his family.

Sting’s original plan was to retire at the end of 2007, but TNA would like to sign him for one more year. If Sting does return, 2008 is expected to be his final year in the business.
