As expected, former WWE Superstar Rey Mysterio has officially signed with Mexico’s AAA promotion. The announcement was made at a press conference on Tuesday afternoon.

Mysterio is currently booked for two shows – Rey de Reyes on March 15th and a special “World Cup” event on May 23rd, which will see 3-man teams from various countries.

For the May 23rd show, Mysterio will team with Alberto El Patron and the original Sin Cara, Myzteziz.
